Stanford Engineering is renowned for its interdisciplinary approach to just about any challenge facing the world today.

That includes fighting COVID-19. From the very beginning of the pandemic, faculty have worked across the school’s many departments and institutes — as well as Stanford’s schools, including the School of Medicine — to come up with novel approaches to a novel challenge. In this presentation, Ken Goodson (https://profiles.stanford.edu/kenneth-goodson), a professor of mechanical engineering and the school’s senior associate dean for faculty and academic affairs, highlights just a few of his colleagues’ COVID-19-related efforts. Watch now, and learn more about some of these projects here (https://engineering.stanford.edu/magazine/covid-19-research).
