GEI Application Process

All application materials are due on or before January 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Recommendation letters are preferred but not required. Early submission is encouraged since the applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. 

Application Process

Complete your application on the SOLO system, including uploading your resume and unofficial transcript.

For first-time applicants, you will need to first update your SOLO profile (there will be a link in the text box). You can connect to the Registrar’s office by selecting the checkbox to autofill your SOLO profile. 

Selection Process: Stanford internship candidates will be selected based on overall fit with the program. GEI will conduct an initial screening and internal interview. Once selected, the application package will be sent to matched companies. The host organizations will then conduct interviews and make final admission decisions.

Note that in some cases (i.e., Infosys in India, TSMC in Taiwan and A*STAR in Singapore), you will need to submit a separate application to the host organization's platform as well.

In addition to GEI application through SOLO system, applicants need to complete a separate application process for the internship in Infosys of India here. 

TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY (TSMC), TAIWAN
