The Equity and Inclusion Initiatives team is proud to support each graduate student in their research, outreach, self-advocacy and well-being. Our aim is to provide students with the resources they need to succeed in their studies and in life beyond the School of Engineering.

Also known as Summer First, this program gives incoming doctoral students a jumpstart on their academic journey during an intensive eight-week residential program.
